By using this site, you agree to accept these terms and conditions. Make you read these terms and conditions carefully, because if you do chose to use our site, you automatically agree to them. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions then do not use our site. We reserve the right at our descretion to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these terms and conditions. All unused merchandise in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase for a refund minus shipping and 25% restocking fee. There are no returns on used merchandise. New items carry manufacturer's warranty. All prices are subject to change. We do not open merchandise in sealed packes to test them and is brand new factory sealed. If there is a warranty issue, call us and we will assist you with the process.
We are required by law to charge applicable sales tax on products shipped to those jurisdictions that levy such a tax and to any Texas customer.
This site is provided an an "as is" "as available" basis and without representations or warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. LPA is not responsible for damages to packages during shipment. All current rules and regulations from LPA apply. Web site may not be current and may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies. We reserve the right to correct those issues after an order is made. We do not provide "Global Orders". Physical address must be provided for shipments.
